    NCSU - Mike Glennon
    FSU - E.J. Manuel
    Georgia tech - Josh Nesbitt

    that's 3/4 of the conference with a 4-star or higher qb...so i'd say that'll change in 2-3 years </div></div>

i think the QB situation will get better for the ACC but 4 star recruits doesnt mean anything if they cant get the job done when they get in the game. You cant say they are gonig to be any better til there time comes.

Correct, I think Glennon was a 4 star recruit and (hack, cough) Marcus was a 5.

Look at the talent UT has got in recruiting over the years and look what its amounted to.

    Re: Pre-Season All-ACC

It all depends on how the talent is developed. Look at Kyle Wright. He was the #1 player in his class, Gatorade HS Player of the Year, and he's done nothing but underachieve in his whole time at Miami due to the staff not developing him. He could pull a Carson Palmer and become a Heisman candidate this year under new tuteledge, but I don't see this happening.
